Neshvari Wastra is an Indonesian wastra boutique selling handwoven cloth, hand-drawn batik, ready-to-wear, accessories, and pieces for the home. This website serves as a catalogue and order enquiry channel; orders are confirmed directly by our team.
Orders
Orders placed through this website are not final until we confirm stock availability and shipping via Instagram DM or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or there are signs of misuse.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). USD conversion on this site is an estimate and may change. Payment is made by bank transfer or QRIS after confirmation. We do not accept payment through this website and never ask for card details.
Shipping
We ship from Jakarta. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Our returns policy is set out on the Shipping & Returns page. Cloth cut to order, made-to-order pieces, and final-sale items cannot be returned.
Product variation
Because products are made by hand and with natural dyes, colour, motif, texture, and dimensions may differ slightly from photographs. This variation is not a defect and is part of the character of wastra.

Text, design, logos, and official photography on this site are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use this material for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party image credits are listed on the Credits page.
Governing law
