Domestic shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Domestic delivery usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the destination city.
Domestic shipping is Rp 35,000. Free on orders over Rp 2,500,000.
International shipping
We ship to many countries via international couriers. Delivery takes 7–14 business days, depending on the country and service selected.
International shipping is quoted manually once we know the address and parcel weight. Message us on Instagram for an estimate before ordering.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot predict the amount as it varies by country.
Returns & exchanges
Unworn, unwashed ready-to-wear with tags attached can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.
Cloth cut to order, made-to-order pieces, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping damage
If your parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product. We will help with the claim and find the best solution.
Payment
We accept bank transfer and QRIS. Payment instructions are sent after your order is confirmed via Instagram DM or WhatsApp.
We never ask for card details through this website. Never share an OTP with anyone.
